EBRA welcomes the new version of the draft guidance document circulated by JRC prior to the workshop of 19 September and appreciates the efforts made by the JRC team to clarify some concepts and regarding the new sections on reporting and verification.

We think that on certain points, additional clarification or re-wording is necessary. We present hereby our comments and suggestions. Our goal is to make sure that the future guidance will create a worldwide level playing field so that European recyclers can compete in a truly free market. See full document here
